WTF..will market continue..again?

That insight suggests the possibility that a burst of "WTF" in comments, by traders in reaction to a price movement, is an indicator the price may continue in the same direction it moved, whether up or down. This may make sense from a sentiment analysis perspective as "WTF" is an expression of surprise. We also see in that insight there was a burst of "WTF" just before the insight was made, in early September, in reaction to a dump. And as you know, the bear market did in fact continue after that (after going sideways for a while), dropping approximately a further 50% - further suggesting it might a continuation indicator.

And, very recently, we had another "WTF" burst:

On this occasion it is a reaction to a rise in price. So, it will be interesting to see if once again the market will move more in the same direction, this time up.

NB: it is not yet know if this is a reliable indicator. More examples will need to be observed in order to know this. Please do not take it as a given that this means the market will move up. It's a kind of experimental idea. That said, it will be very interesting to see what happens.
