Traders have been eagerly awaiting the SEC decision on the VanEck SolidX bitcoin ETF proposal—but they will have to go on waiting, with the SEC delaying again. The agency will have to reach a final decision by October 19, 2019.

The biggest spike is recorded on 22 August 2018 and it's 5 times higher then today's.

That was a day when SEC rejected Bitcoin ETF proposals from ProShares, Direxion and GraniteShares.

Looks like price doesn't care.
