For the past year if you followed the price of DOGE, you'd be able to say with quite a high level of confidence what's going to happen soon to the entire market.
Every time that price of DOGE starts rising rapidly, there's a market-wide crash following just moments later. Right now we are observing such a rise. Now the question is, is this time different?
