Balancer and "the wall of worry"

There is one specific pattern which is one of the sweetest and showing up regularly.

The process of both building the bottom and a first part of recovery can be analyzed in a specific way. There is a "wall of worry" pattern.

In this case what we want to know is to spot relatively small holders who are exposed to feelings probably the strongest.

They are active, they want to get their portfolio growing by hundreds percents, they expose to high risk, they experience therefore quite strong emotions.

In case for Balancer it's holders from 10 to 1000 BAL.

Have a look at the chart:

They've been increasing their balances before the bottom around March 12.

But as the price made it's bottom, and start recovering, they were not convinced any more.

Here comes the wall of worry. Means holders are not active, not concerned, don't want to buy, even though they've been buying before.

At some point of time the picture flips and this will probably be a local top or a local bottom.

The moment holders stop, market brakes out.

And we might see this specific pattern over and over again.

Isn't it beautiful?
